Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions of service ("Terms") govern the provision of the Service by SuperLine to its Customer ("You"). By using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety and these Terms form the basis of the agreement between You and SuperLine for the Service.

1. Service
The Service offered is indirect telephony such as regular national and/or international telephone calls from other operator networks (i.e. BT's). You access the Service by dialling one of SuperLine's carrier select codes before any regular telephone number starting with an area code or a country code. This access code may change at anytime. The access from cable operator networks and/or independent operator networks is subject to availability. The access from mobile phones is subject to availability and could change or terminate at anytime. SuperLine is not liable for any costs incurred by You from your mobile operator.

You confirm your order for the Service by completing the registration form and by entering a password of your choice at the SuperLine Website (www.biz.superline.co.uk). SuperLine has the right to accept only certain credit or charge cards and to perform a credit check to determine credit worthiness, and whether the credit or charge card is valid before accepting You as a customer. Cards accepted by SuperLine are stated on the SuperLine website.

This agreement shall enter into effect on the date that you receive a communication of SuperLine's acceptance.

2. Duration
You or SuperLine are entitled to cancel this agreement at any time without any specific reason by written notice.

You shall remain liable for all charges incurred by You until such written cancellation is received by either You or SuperLine. If cancelled by you, the written cancellation requested must be sent to SuperLine at : 43 Charlotte Road, London EC2A 3PD. If cancelled by SuperLine, the cancellation will be notified to You by e-mail.

3. Payments
You may inspect invoices along with complete call details that will be available at SuperLine's website by use of your userid and password. Invoices are not sent by surface post however, corporate customers with more than £100 invoice per month may receive an invoice from SuperLine upon request.

SuperLine will post all charging rates in its "pricelist" at its website www.biz.superline.co.uk. Any rate increase will be posted no less than ten days before taking effect. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with the "pricelist" and latest tariffs as the call will be billed according to "pricelist" section. You may at any time inspect the price list and latest tariffs at SuperLine's website.

Residential Customers have two Payment Options, by Credit Card or Direct Debit
Residential Credit Card Payment Customers SuperLine checks residential credit card customers accounts once a week by its billing system. When your account is greater than £10, the total amount will be charged to the nominated credit card. This process will be repeated each week. When the total amount is less than £10 after one continuous month, you will then be charged the actual outstanding amount.

Residential Direct Debit payment Customers SuperLine bills all calls incurred during a month on the last day of that month and sends you an email advising you the charge. Direct Debits are collected on the 10th of the month following (or the next working day)

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient credit on the nominated credit card, charge card or bank account to settle forthcoming charges from SuperLine.

SuperLine will consider queries relating to the calculation of the due amount only if raised within 10 working days from the date of the charged invoice.

SuperLine reserves the right to require You to make a deposit in order to continue to use the Service.

Corporate Customers
Upon agreement with SuperLine, Corporate customers (limited companies, trading companies, limited partnerships or private companies) that expect to use the Service for more than £100 per month can be charged by monthly invoice. In such circumstances, the full amount shall be paid to SuperLine in full by You within 30 working days from the date of the invoice.

Any delayed payment will be added as an additional fee equivalent to 2% per month of the outstanding balance for as long as the balance remains payable (exclusive of VAT). Any payments shall be deemed made at the time when cleared funds are available in SuperLine's bank account.

4. Your responsibilities
It is your responsibility to report faults or disturbances in the Service to SuperLine by sending an e-mail to support@superline.co.uk, or calling the telephone number 0845 229 1461. SuperLine will take all reasonable measures to correct the problem as soon as possible.

SuperLine may decide that You may make calls up to a level of a monthly credit limit, which will be set at an initial level decided by SuperLine.

You must:

a) inform SuperLine in writing if You move, change or cancel your subscription with BT (or equivalent operator) within 10 days of such a change, otherwise the Services to You may be interrupted.

b) immediately notify SuperLine if your credit or charge card registered with SuperLine is no longer valid or in use.

c) not use the Service to:

i) make any hoax call to emergency services or transmit defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene or menacing material;

ii) violate or infringe the rights of others; or

iii) commit fraud or any criminal offence.

d) not disclose any password or account number allocated to or chosen by You for access to the Service to any person other than an employee of SuperLine, or a person authorised by You.

e) inform SuperLine immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of the Service.

f) indemnify SuperLine against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from any breach of these Terms and /or the use of the Service.

SuperLine reserves the right:
a) to terminate a call and/or your further use of the Service at once when any amount due to SuperLine remains unpaid.

b) to terminate automatically without notice any call lasting 2 hours or longer; and

c) to vary its tariffs without notifying You personally.

5. Liability
You acknowledge that the Service provided by SuperLine is a low cost cut-price telephony service provided on an "as is" basis for your use and which you are free to cancel at any time. Accordingly you acknowledge and agree that having read and understood these Terms, they and any limitations in them, are agreed by You to be fair and reasonable in all the circumstances that affect SuperLine's provision of the Service.

You will be liable at all times for all calls, whether authorised or unauthorised, made from your registered numbers, in accordance with our call records, unless such unauthorised use is wholly attributable to an act or omission of SuperLine.

SuperLine warrants that it will provide the Service with reasonable care and substantially as described in these Terms. SuperLine does not make any other promises or warranties about the Service. SuperLine will not be liable for any loss or damages arising out of the Service. SuperLine shall be not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of this agreement. SuperLine shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with interrupted telephone calls or connections, lost telephone messages, delays or any other interference in the Service, or additional costs for having to redirect traffic to another operator.

Any issue as to any invoice or the Service, must be notified by You to SuperLine within 3 month from the cause of issue arising.

You will be at all times be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and user-id and will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and user-id.

6. Transfer
This agreement is personal between you and SuperLine and no third parties shall derive any rights under it or be entitled to enforce any of its terms.

You may not assign your agreement with SuperLine to another party without our written permission. SuperLine may assign this agreement to another party for the purpose of providing the Service by written confirmation to you (e-mail is acceptable as written confirmation).

7. Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All claims to SuperLine must be made in writing to the SuperLine address in clause 8 below.

8. Change of General Terms and Conditions
SuperLine may vary these general Terms at any time due to prevailing conditions affecting the provision of the Service, by posting the changes at least ten days in advance on the SuperLine website (www.biz.superline.co.uk).

If you do not accept such changes You have the right to cancel the agreement with SuperLine with immediate effect by written notice to SuperLine within the notice period before the changes take effect. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and be sent to SuperLine at: 43 Charlotte Road, London EC2A 3PD.

9. Entire understanding
These Terms represent the entire understanding between You and SuperLine. All other prior or contemporary written or oral agreements, understandings, communications or practices shall be superseded and of no effect.

10. Data
SuperLine may process traffic data relating to Your use and that of other users lawfully stored by SuperLine for the purposes of marketing SuperLine's products and services.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purpose any part of, use of or access to the Service or the SuperLine website.

11. No waiver
No failure by either party to enforce any right under these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a waiver of such right or any other rights. If any part or parts of these Terms are found to be invalid, the remainder of these Terms will remain in force.

12. Other websites 
SuperLine has no control over other websites and resources that You may access via its website. You acknowledge and agree that SuperLine is not responsible for the availability of such external third party websites or resources and that SuperLine does not specifically endorse or bear any responsibility or liability for any specific product, content, advertising or other items on or made available by such websites or resources.
